Specialist diagnosis
A$150/hour
One-hour minimum, then 15-minute blocks. A spending cap is agreed for faults where the cause is not yet clear.
Compromised website
From A$399
Assessment and recovery for one eligible WordPress site. Server-wide incidents and complex restoration are separately quoted.

How the outcome is agreed
For selected fixed-price work, the agreed outcome is the stated repair. If the job is accepted as diagnosis, the outcome is an evidence-backed explanation and recommended next steps.
Third-party licences, hosting charges and work outside the agreed scope need approval before they are added. An accepted fixed quote is not silently converted to hourly billing.
JXL does not advertise a blanket malware-free guarantee or promise that every legacy site can be repaired within the entry price.

An eligible standard site may fit the A$249 upgrade package.
Site transfer or recovery
From A$299 for an assessed single site with a known source and suitable access. Mailboxes, DNS cutovers and large accounts are quoted separately.
Urgent work
A$200/hour with a one-hour minimum when an urgent or after-hours appointment is expressly accepted. Continuous 24/7 availability is not promised.
